I'm not sure about you, but I'm tired. I'm tired of all the stories about hate. I've wondered where has all the love gone.
The Beatles sang it well,
"All you need is love, love
Love is all you need."

No, not just for some but for everyone"
It would be nice to hear more about the love in the world than the hate. Why do we end up with hate in our hearts rather than love?
I've experienced the hate of someone, maybe not as intense as others have, but it was hate none-the-less. It seemed one child had it out for me, I'm not sure what I did. It could have been I wasn't quite up to her standards. I haven't ever been fast or coordinated. It seemed to me that whenever this person was around she could get everyone to buddy up with her and make my life even harder. She would get them to make fun of me and made sure I knew I wasn't up to par.
Luckily for me, I have a loving family and through their love I learn to overcome anything anybody tried to do to me. Another thing that has helped me face uncertain days was my surrender to Jesus. One day as I stood in the back of the church listening to the choir practice a song, a message was in there for me. The message that I needed to accept Jesus or I wouldn't get into heaven. Heaven seemed like a pretty loving place, so in the back of that tiny church Jesus became my Savior.
Through this I have learned that true love comes from God. God loves each one of us so much even those who seemed to have no love, God loves him/her too. No matter how many times we say we don't need God or it's foolish to believe in God. He still loves us and always will.
So maybe the answer isn't the world needs love, sweet love but the world needs God, sweet God. With God comes love a love that drives out hate. So instead of turning our backs on Him maybe we should turn towards Him.
